All works on site were carefully undertaken with detailed site logistics proposals in place to avoid disruption to the local area and help ensure a smooth construction process.

Constructed on a flood plain the non-hazardous material was safely managed with a local haulier and disposed of in accordance with the EA and local authority regulations.

The Drainage scheme included placing a holding tank under the road to control the discharge into the local water course, other works included Piling mats and Piling attendance drainage, landscaping and the excavation for services trenches.
