Description

The Beach Houses offer eleven contemporary beach fronted homes overlooking the stunning Westbrook Bay.

Designed by RIBA award winning architect Guy Holloway, and inspired by the traditional seaside beach hut, the project consists of nine two storey and two single storey homes.

Delivered on what was a challenging site, we adapted our approach to the works and utilised specialist construction techniques in order to complete the works. Of particular note, a reduced level dig to remove 1400 cubic metres of ground material was carried out in order to complete the drainage, sub-structures and external works. Gabion basket retaining walls and external paving all had to be carried out sequentially to help overcome the restricted access.
