Description

Our work on site, located off of Hailsham Road in Herstmonceaux for the development of 40 houses on a sloping site in East Sussex included the installation of service trenches and a new pumping station.

As part of the works we sheet piled and filled with 6000m3 of cut material to create piling platforms for the 40 house deck systems.

The development included the provision of 9 No 4 bed, 20 No 3 bed & 11 No 2 bed units with associated parking, Section 278 adoptable roads and the construction of cul-de-sacs running off a main residential road.

There has also been a children's play area towards the North West of the site installed, with a significant tree retained to form a landscape feature within the play area and open space. Additional landscaping has also been delivered throughout the site and on the boundaries to provide an enhanced habitat and biodiversity.
