Description

The construction of nine new industrial units at Altira Park in Herne Bay, Kent was successfully delivered on site to a short programme

Owing to the potential historical interest of the site, we worked closely with the Canterbury Canterbury Archaeology Trust and carried out a reduced archaeology dig to enable exploratory works across the site.

Once the archaeology works were complete, our extensive works package for this project included all drainage, reinforced foundations, industrial floors, an external concrete service yard, associated services and 278 highways and external works.
