Valued at £150k, WWM Civils was awarded the Groundworks package as part of a construction project for a new education development in Otford, Sevenoaks.

The work involved a significant expansion to the existing car park, with all parking areas remodeled in order to increase capacity. The car park drainage was also upgraded, new kerb lines installed, a new level playing field created and a new lighting scheme introduced to improve visibility of the access/egress routes.

As the existing St Michael's School needed to maintain the operation of their one-way traffic system that passed through our site, we carefully carried out the works at all times. Existing surfaces were planed off and relayed in phases to allow traffic to be re-routed as and when required.
