Cottington Road, Cliffsend
Description
The development comprising of 64 new homes in East Kent was delivered across two sites adjacent to each other, comprising 41 homes and 23 homes respectively.
Our works on site include the installation of foundations, site
wide drainage to facilitate the new properties, all associated groundworks,
external works and infrastructure.
Designed by OSG Architecture, the approved plans for the new homes
have been sensitively developed to reflect their surroundings and provide
high quality throughout. The site features good levels of open space, quality
landscaping and generous plot sizes with off-street parking to each property.
The completed site provides a good mix of 2, 3 and 4 bed houses, as well as a small number of 1 and 2
bed apartments across the two adjoining sites.
