Description

We provided the enabling works for the redevelopment of two sites within the established area of Ramsgate to provide 26 units on vacant land which historically contained blocks of garages.

Works on site incorporated the groundworks on 2 small separate sites for the construction of 14 flats and 4 mews houses in King Street and 2 blocks of flats and 2 semi-detached houses in Sussex Street. We carried out the Installations of foundations and associated groundworks, drainage and service trenches and hardscaping.
