Description

We were delighted to be appointed to deliver the groundworks for this exciting project in Medway, Kent.

Works on this project included site strip of approx. 9000m2 to fill the site with a mixture of spoil and fill materials all supplied by local hauliers.

Attenuation tanks and soakaways were installed to manage the drainage capacity entering the systems. Working closely with the site team we managed to complete all associated groundworks to allow the court specialists to prepare and execute their works. Car parks were constructed along with retaining walls and landscaped areas.

With works complete on site, The Avenue Tennis Centre is a new state-of-the-art leisure development that offers fantastic new leisure, gym and tennis facilities in Kent. It is the only tennis facility in Medway to offer both indoor and outdoor tennis on multiple surfaces. It features 3 new indoor courts, 5 clay courts, 4 grass courts and 2 all-weather courts in total.
