Description

We are pleased to have been involved in the works to St Lawrence College this year. As a local based business, we were appointed to deliver the enabling works for a new four storey science, technology and art building at a traditional co-educational independent school in Ramsgate, Kent.

Our works on site include the installation of reinforced foundations, earthworks and 2000m3 of muck away, drainage and associated services, the installation of a new pedestrian crossing with table top and 278 works in partnership with KCC as an approved contractor.

This new contemporary designed building is split across four levels, with one storey below ground. The design is intended to provide a subtle connection with the existing older surrounding buildings, as well as a contrast, with the building to feature proposed modern render panels and aluminium windows.
