DOKA UK Completion

As part of the fifth phase of the large-scale euro link employment development, WWM Civils was appointed to deliver essential groundwork and infrastructure to support the construction of a two-storey office and approximately 2500m2 of heated and insulated warehouse space for DOKA UK.

This project required us to stabilise the ground and prepare for construction, form hardstanding areas for access, storage and parking, excavate trenches for servicing and fencing, and install drainage, including QMax ACO systems, and kerbing.

The development, covering a site of almost 11 hectares, has the potential to provide 46,600sqft of employment floorspace. The works ensured a high quality, durable foundation and external infrastructure, supporting both functionality and future operational requirements.
