Operations Director
Graham joined WWM Civils in 2013 as a Contracts Manager and quickly progressed to Operations Director for the Civils team. Within his role, he has overall responsibility for all operational and commercial matters which is testament to the excellent knowledge and skillset that he offers and brings to each contract.
Prior to WWM Civils, Graham has worked in the Groundwork's sector of the construction industry for almost 25 years. He started his career as a machine driver, where he progressed on site to the role of a Groundwork’s Foreman for Gallagher Ltd in 1997.
Within his role, Graham was responsible for managing a number of ground worker gangs across small and medium sized civil engineering projects.
In 2001, Graham joined GSE as a Groundwork’s Manager where he was responsible for the management of a variety of groundwork projects on a number of major civil engineering projects ranging in value from £500k to £2million.
Contract Surveyor
Steve has worked with the WWM Civils team since November 2013 and has a strong understanding of the sector. Steve has worked on multiple contracts for the business in this time including the resurfacing of numerous car parks, school playgrounds and substantial ground works packages on larger main construction projects.
As a key member of WWM Civils, Steve is always willing to assist others and has excellent leadership skills.
Steve has 27 years of continuous employment within the construction industry having previously held senior management positions with both Carillion plc and Ballast/Wiltshier plc.
He has gained a wealth of knowledge in his field having worked on a variety of projects ranging from traditional new build schools to major commercial and public sector refurbishments.
Steve prides himself on producing good sound commercial advice and accurate forecasting, which he continues to develop in line with industry changes and the specific needs of our clients.
